I’m a holistic physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, integrative heath coach and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience.
I’ve supported women through every life season – from postnatal depletion to perimenopause, from chronic pain or injury to emotional burnout.
I’ve lived through my own share of challenges too, including raising two kids as a solo mum after losing my husband.
I know what it means to rebuild – not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
